Your account and access

Use your own verified account and keep its credentials secure. Sign-in does not grant access to another workspace. Join through an invitation or an approved room request. Use only the workspace and project permissions currently granted to your account, and do not attempt to bypass them.

Content and collaboration

You retain your rights in the content you submit. Upload or link only content you have permission to use and share. You authorize Baatchit and its service providers to store, process and deliver that content for the workspace features you request.

Teammates share workspace access. Partners have project-specific access to their own submissions and deliberately shared content. Choose recipients and sharing settings carefully. Sharing a linked original requires checking its source permissions separately.

Storage and availability

The workspace's connected Drive account provides storage for new uploads. Google, authentication and hosting service quotas, permissions or outages can affect availability. Current uploads are limited to 50 MB per file. Keep independent copies of important documents.

Baatchit is an evolving collaboration application. Tasks and spending records reflect what members enter; they do not execute payments, guarantee completion or replace independent verification. Review records and corrections before relying on them.
